The Committee on Banking and Insurance moves to amend the bill on page 1, section 15, line 1, by striking subsection (a) and inserting in lieu thereof, the following:

“(a) For the taxable years beginning on or after January 1, 2021, the tax imposed by this section is discontinued.”
